Thanks to making jam in my grandmother’s country kitchen, long dinners on the terrace in the summer, and a year spent working on an organic farm, food has always been an important part of my life. And it almost always comes with a tableful of friends and family... along with some really good wine.

For the French, food is an opportunity to slow down. We gather over meals to enjoy flavor, color, and scent.
